Hampton House Policies

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the freight elevator is only available if you have reserved it in advance.  Maintenance staff must be available to operate the cab and their time must be planned accordingly.

Hours of use are posted below.  Other accommodations may be considered in the event of an unforeseen emergency.

Monday: 8 AM to 2 PM

Tuesday – Thursday: 8 AM to 7 PM

Friday – Sunday: 8 AM to 2 PM

Secondly, the bulletin board in the mail room is for community events and Board business.  If you are selling personal items, in need of a babysitter/housekeeper, hosting a Tupperware party, realtor information, etc., it is to be posted in the laundry room.  Postings that do not pertain to Board, building, or community business will be removed from the bulletin board in the mail room.

Professional Management Services now offers online account access:  online payments, electronic invoices and automatic electronic debiting of payments.  There will also be provided a more systematic processing of work orders.  To do this, submit a request to our Accounting Manager, Lynette Carani, at Promanagement5330@gmail.com. A link will be sent to you which will enable you to perform these actions mentioned above.

 

Single Sort Recycling

The City sorts recycling materials at the trash destination.  Hampton House will begin now to put recycling materials (glass,paper, plastics and cans) into either of two containers in the stairwell of each floor.  The materials go to recycling containers in the back of the building and are picked up separately from the other trash.
